1. What is Traffic School?
Traffic school, driver improvement and defensive traffic are three different names for the same thing - a state approved traffic course designed to teach defensive traffic maneuvers and traffic laws to individuals who have a drivers license and have comitted a violation such as speeding, running a red light or a stop sign, illegal turns and more.
2. Is Affinity Traffic School approved by the State of Florida?
Yes. Affinity Traffic School is State Certified and Court Approved Traffic School. Our traffic courses are approved for all 67 Florida Counties.
3. Is this website secure?
Yes. Our Internet site and student information is secure and safely stored. All payment information is also stored on a secure server. None of your payment or personal information will ever be released to any third party (except the State of Florida or Clerk of Courts, as requested). We do not give, sell, or provide your email address to anyone (unless state/court requested). 4. Do I have to complete the traffic course in one sitting?

Your Original Certificate of Completion is mailed to you from our office the same business day you complete the course. This means you will receive it within 2-3 business days. However, you can chose from several expedited mailing options including e-mail or fax.
6. Do I have to use the same computer every time I log in?
No. You can take the course from home, work, library or a friend's house. All you need is a computer with internet access.
7. Can I get an extension on my traffic school completion due date?

8. Where can I find the citation number (ticket number)?
The citation number, also known as the case number is either a set of numbers or a combination of numbers and letters and can be found usually on the upper right corner of your ticket receipt.
9. Do I need any special software to be able to take the course online?
No. All you need is a basic computer with internet access.
10. What happens if I get disconnected or I lose my internet access?
Nothing. When you log back in, you will be taken to where you left off.
